WHO WE ARE
About Planet Health Project
Planet Health Project is a grassroots activist organization fighting for a future free from harmful environmental toxins. We focus on eliminating toxic pesticides, household chemicals, and other pollutants that pose serious risks to human health and ecosystems.
Our mission goes beyond education and awareness. We aim to eliminate these toxins at the source. That means securing legislative bans, ending retail sales of dangerous products, and shifting public norms toward non-toxic living.
We believe every person has the right to live in a community where the air, soil, and water are not compromised by unnecessary chemicals. Through policy advocacy, community mobilization, and strategic campaigns, we work to drive real, lasting change at the local, regional, and national level.
Join us in the fight to ban toxic products from our neighborhoods, store shelves, and everyday environments.
Empowering communities to eliminate toxic chemicals from our living environments through education, advocacy, and grassroots action for a healthier planet.
Our Vision and Focus
At Planet Health Project, our vision is bold and clear: We are working toward a complete ban on toxic cosmetic pesticides and other unnecessary environmental chemicals through legislation, regulation, and public demand. Our focus is on direct action, public policy, and public pressure. We work toward:
Legislative Change
Our top priority is to push for laws that ban the use and sale of cosmetic pesticides and other harmful chemicals in residential areas, schools, parks, and retail stores.
Retail Accountability
We campaign to remove toxic products from hardware stores, garden centers, and online marketplaces and to replace them with safe, accessible alternatives.
Community Education
We provide accessible, evidence-based materials that expose the hidden dangers of everyday chemical exposure and empower people to demand safer environments.
Policy Advocacy
We collaborate with local and state governments to introduce and support ordinances and legislation that prioritize public health over chemical industry interests.
Grassroots Mobilization
We are building a national network of concerned citizens including parents, scientists, health professionals, and everyday advocates who organize locally to create pressure from the ground up.
Industry Disruption
We confront manufacturers and retailers that profit from dangerous products and promote the development and adoption of safer, non-toxic alternatives.
Coalition Building
We join forces with aligned organizations to amplify our efforts, share tools and knowledge, and build a unified front for environmental justice and public health.
